Best Practices for Video Recordings:

• Please use Google Chrome (as other browsers won't work)

• On the day of recording, click the virtual studio link in the calendar location on your computer/laptop. Mobile won't work.

• Have your headphones plugged in/connected before joining (and your microphone if you're using one)

• Dial-in from your smallest, non-echoey, quiet room with windows/doors shut.

• Prop your [laptop] camera up on something so that it is around eye level and ensure plenty of light is hitting your face.

• If there's a window in your room be sure that you are facing it and that it is not behind you

• Close all other tabs and airplane mode your phone so you aren’t interrupted.
