  1. We strongly encourage you to utilize your Encouraging Leaders online course to reinforce all that we have covered up to this point (Modules 1 through 4 completed before your Stakeholder Kickoff if possible). 

  2. Hold your Stakeholder Kickoff Meeting within the next few weeks, and NLT 4/12/24. 

  3. Your coach will work with you to set up the Stakeholder sessions and begin action planning as appropriate.
